6 Easy Steps to Setup Zoho Phonebridge with Accordia OMNI

Step 1

Login to the Accordia Agent Web Application provided by the Administrator with the Zoho Phonebridge Module activated.

Step 2

Click on the Authorize Zoho button.

Step 3

Next, click on the Authorize Now button on the pop up screen.

Step 4

You will be redirected to Zoho login screen. Then, login to Zoho using your Zoho Account email address and password. Click on the Accept button.

Step 5

Once you have successfully clicked on the Accept button in the previous step, you will receive a notification from Accordia Agent Web Application. Click on “Close & Re-login Accordia Agent”.

Step 6

Next, re-login to Accordia Agent Web Application. Click on the drop down button on the top right hand corner of the Agent screen. You
should see a green Zoho Verified notification. This completes the activation of Accordia Zoho Phonebridge connector.
