The Accordia Story
Accordia Solution is a business-to-business (B2B) , MSC Status company with office located in UOA Business Park, a MSC Status Office location. Accordia started as a contact center technology provider in the year 2010 where the team develop, market and implement its own contact center solutions to small and mid-size contact centers.
In 2016, the company expanded its solution to Cloud Contact Center and in 2017 launched it’s Virtual and Tech BPO services. Traditional BPO is still very labor-intensive today. The rising cost of operations and people have caused the once “Cost Effective” outsourced labour force a thing of the past and are becoming too expensive for the outsourcing company.

That was the rationale why Accordia Global Tech BPO was founded with the mission of utilizing technologies in addressing the above key challenges and the ever-rising customer experience expectations.
